Aerospace Support Technologies (AST) is a progressive and innovative service organization with headquarters located in Layton, Utah near Hill Air Force Base. AST was incorporated in November of 1989, for the sole purpose of providing ground support equipment (GSE) logistics, in support of our government and commercial customers. During this period, we have provided exceptional service to our customers.

Since 1993, AST has been the sole GSE support contractor at the Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC), Hill AFB, Utah. AST has been awarded a Superior Performance rating on each of our Contractor Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs). Additionally, we hold various GSE contracts at our McClellan Park facility.

AST’s history of superior performance is particularly extraordinary, as many USAF experts assert that the OO-ALC GSE contract is one of the most complex GSE programs in the world. There are over 10,000 line items of GSE assets managed under this contract. AST provides unprecedented, uninterrupted support to 150 aircraft by providing maintenance and maintaining 10,000 accurate dispatch movements of GSE per month.

AST is a wholly owned subsidiary of Logistic Specialties, Inc. (LSI). LSI has offices strategically located throughout the United States. Our corporate staff is headquartered in Layton, Utah, twenty miles north of Salt Lake City. Many of our satellite offices are similarly positioned adjacent to key DoD installations.
